Step 2: The Creative Consultation
Once you reach out, we will schedule a creative consultation which usually lasts between 30-60 minutes in the privacy of our office. During this consultation, our ring consultant will introduce you to the process, provide detailed information on diamonds, gold, and other materials, and show you options from our hundreds of ring designs, settings, diamonds, and gemstones to spark your imagination. With your desires and details in mind, we will guide you through the steps of creating your ring. Rest assured, our consultations are pressure-free, and we are dedicated to helping you explore all possible options.
Step 3: Bringing Your Vision to Life with CAD Drawings
After finalizing the design details, our consultant will instruct our ring designer to create a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) drawing. This draft will then be sent to you by email for approval. At this stage, you are welcome to ask questions and request adjustments to ensure that the design truly reflects your vision. We will only proceed to the next stage once we receive final approval from you and the consultant.
Step 4: The Art of Crafting – From Wax to Polished Jewel
Upon approval of the CAD design, we create a 3D wax model for your viewing. This is especially helpful if your design deviates significantly from the styles available in our showroom. Once you approve the wax model, we commence the actual production process. Our skilled goldsmiths and diamond setters work closely with the consultant and designer throughout the production process to ensure every detail of the design is impeccably executed.
Step 5: The Moment of Awe – Completing Your Custom Ring
Once your ring is ready, we will arrange a collection appointment for you. This allows you the opportunity to try it on, have our consultant check the fit, and address any remaining questions you may have. Should your ring require resizing, our on-site goldsmiths can often complete this task within hours on weekdays.
